Templates for importing your data
Open in Excel, keep the first row, replace the example row with your data, save, and import in Torque (see guide chapter 15). Rows with an existing code update that record.
- Assets (equipment register)code, name, class, parent_code, site, location, criticality, status, make, model, serial, year, meter_unit, meter
- Spare partscode, description, uom, on_hand, min, max, unit_cost, bin, critical, oem_pn, supplier

The app on phone and computer
Torque needs no download from a store. Open cmms.ge, sign in and install it from the browser:
- Android, Chrome: menu ⋮ > "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen").
- iPhone and iPad, Safari: Share button > "Add to Home Screen".
- Windows and Mac, Chrome or Edge: the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or menu > "Install Torque".
The app opens in its own window, works offline and sends notifications.
