Questions
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. Assets, spare parts, employees, PM plans and work order history import from Excel or CSV files, including exports from SAP, Maximo, IFS and 1C after renaming the column headers.
Where is our data stored and who can see it?
On a dedicated server with encrypted connections. Only the people your Admin invites can see your company's data. Torque support can open your workspace only when your Admin allows it, for a limited time, and every action is logged.
What happens if we stop?
You can download all your records, photos and files at any time. After the subscription ends the workspace stays readable for a grace period, then becomes read-only until you renew or ask us to delete it.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, on phones and computers that opened Torque before. Work continues offline and changes are sent automatically when the connection returns.
Can it connect to our accounting or ERP?
Yes. Admins create API keys for read or write access. The documentation is public at cmms.ge/api-docs.
Do you issue invoices for companies?
Yes. Every payment has an invoice with your company details. Bank transfers and card payments are both accepted.
